This Georgian Home, designed To Overlook the East Lake Country Club was chosen to be Atlanta Magazine's Dream Home.  It was featured in the magazine and toured by the public. The lowered second floor cornice helps it fit its neighborhood context better than a full two story would have. This also allows for articulation of the double dormers, which add interest inside and out.
